Pull the Plug: AWS Bootcamp

Step into the world of cloud computing with an interactive, beginner-friendly AWS Cloud Practitioner Bootcamp designed to turn curiosity into practical skills.
This session will introduce participants to Amazon Web Services (AWS), explain why cloud computing matters in today's technology industry, and provide a clear roadmap to the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification. Whether you're a university student, an aspiring cloud engineer, or a complete beginner, this experience will help you understand where to start and how to move forward.
Get ready for a live, real-world cloud demonstration where a running server is taken down while the website remains accessible through a resilient cloud architecture. Explore how services such as Amazon EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, and Auto Scaling work together to support high availability and reliability.
The experience goes beyond theory with a guided, hands-on AWS lab where participants will launch their own EC2 instance, explore essential cloud concepts, and learn about security, billing, and cost management. You'll also discover certification preparation strategies, free learning resources, internship and career opportunities, freelancing possibilities, and the benefits of joining the AWS community.
